Joe Flande is the president of Home Comfort Inc. He bought Home Comfort Inc. in 1996. Joe was born and raised on a farm and learned an excellent work ethic early in life. He grew up and went to school locally in Stayton. He also went into the apprenticeship program, graduated from the four-year program, and got his HVAC degree.
Joe believes a person is only as good as their word, don’t spend money you don’t have, and help people in need. His goal is to satisfy every customer 100% every time. He also believes it is not about money but people.
Joe has a big soft spot in his heart for the children, the elderly, and people in real need. He married in 1975 and is still married to the most wonderful woman in the world. They have two children and three grandchildren. Joe has worked very hard his whole life and does not know if he will ever stop. He feels very blessed and feels like the happiest man in the world.
When it comes to Home Comfort Inc., Joe considers every person part of a wonderful family and loves being part of an amazing team.
Ben started working for Home Comfort Inc. in 2001. He started in the installation department while attending the State of Oregon Service Apprenticeship Program. In 2003 Ben began working as a service technician and graduated from the apprenticeship program in 2006.
He is married to Katherine and has two girls, Lenora and Thelma. His passions are for his family and his career.
Carisa joined Home Comfort Inc. in 2016 and loves interacting with the team and customers alike. Outside of work, she enjoys working on projects around the house.
Dan has been an HVAC technician for 14 years. He is from Dallas, got older in Dallas, and is still waiting to grow up. Dan followed in his father’s footsteps and chose an HVAC career. Outside of work, he greatly enjoys golfing.
Gavin Atkins is an HVAC service technician at Home Comfort Inc. Gavin facilitated the diagnosis, and repairs and, above all, takes pride in customer satisfaction. Since graduating from the Institute of Technology Oregon, Gavin has worked his entire career at Home Comfort Inc. and looks forward to many years. Gavin is a husband and father, born and raised in Oregon, who strives to bring comfort and peace of mind to our customers.
Richard started HVAC school at Perry Technical in Yakima, WA, after spending 20 years in the woods. After tech school, he spent two years in Laramie, WY as a service technician. When he returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2003, he found a home here with us at Home Comfort Inc..
Shon is the lead design installer and job site foreman for new construction. With projects that vary from spec housing to large commercial projects under his belt, he can exceed your expectations.
